By Lille Villa
The 443 is the entry point to Lillevilla's 400 series, which swaps the mono pitch studio roof for a traditional pitched roof with hexagonal felt shingles. The silhouette is more familiar, closer to what most people picture when they think of a garden cabin. At 4m by 3m, it shares its footprint with the 340 and 543, but the roofline gives it a distinctly different character.
Double doors and two single windows on either side create a symmetrical front elevation that works well as a summerhouse or garden room. The pitched roof also sheds rain more efficiently in exposed positions. This is a solid choice for anyone who wants the Lillevilla build quality, 44mm logs and double glazing, but prefers a traditional cabin look over the contemporary studio aesthetic.
The symmetrical window arrangement gives the 443 a balanced, classic look that suits traditional gardens where a flat roofed studio might feel out of place.
