The 363 is the longest cabin in the sub 2.5m studio range, stretching to 7.4m with a 3m width. That gives 22 square metres in a distinctly linear format. The proportions are more corridor than room, which works well for specific uses: a long workbench, a photography studio with shooting distance, or a gym with a rowing machine or treadmill that needs length rather than width.
The narrow format also makes the 363 viable in gardens where a wider building would not fit. It takes up less lateral space than the 355 or 365 while delivering a comparable floor area. The mono pitch EPDM roof and double glazing are consistent with the rest of the 300 series. Two fixed windows and a double window supplement the double door, providing light along the length. This is a specialist layout rather than a generalist one, but for the right use case it is hard to beat.
The 7.4m length is exceptional in a building under 2.5m tall. For anyone who needs length, from workshops to home gyms, this is the model that delivers it.
