The 360 is one of the largest cabins in Lillevilla's 300 series studio range, delivering nearly 30 square metres in a 6.8m by 4.4m footprint. That is comparable to a small studio flat. The contemporary mono pitch design keeps the roofline under 2.5m, but the generous floor area means this is a building that can serve as a full time home office for two people, a personal gym, or a sizeable entertainment room.
The proportions matter here. Unlike the longer, narrower models in the range, the 360's near square footprint creates a room that feels spacious in every direction rather than corridor like. Two tall fixed windows complement the double window and double door combination, pulling in light from multiple angles. At this size, the flat pack kit format starts to deliver serious value compared with site built alternatives.
The near square floor plan is what stands out. Most garden buildings at this price are long and narrow; the 360 feels like an actual room.
