At just under £9,500, the 353 represents a middle ground in the range: more space than the popular 345, but without the jump to the 30 square metre models that cost over £11,000. It is the sensible choice for anyone who needs a bit more room than the compact models offer.
The 6m by 3m format is the Goldilocks size in the studio range. Enough space to be genuinely useful, without the footprint dominating a typical garden.
