This is an ex display Lillevilla 345 that was shown at the Ideal Home Show at Olympia, now available as a one off at a significant discount. It comes pre painted in Jotun Demidekk Capri and Charcoal, a two tone finish that would otherwise need to be applied after assembly. A touch up coat will be needed post build, but the hard work of the first coat is done.
The underlying cabin is identical to the standard 345: 5.2m by 3m, 44mm log walls, EPDM mono pitch roof, double glazing, and the same five year manufacturer warranty. The saving against the standard model is roughly 25%, plus the paint itself would cost several hundred pounds to buy and apply. For anyone who wants a 345 and is flexible on colour, this is the simplest way to save money on a well proven model.
We love the value. A painted, show quality 345 at 25% below list price, with free installation included, is a genuinely rare find.
